Shipping policy

Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping on standard orders. For large orders, made to order, and/or custom orders, please allow up to 14 business days. All items are handmade and take various amounts of time to create. In order to guarantee a quality product we ask that all customers be patient with our shipping times. We promise your items will ship out within the indicated time frames. Once shipped, the items are out of our hands and we cannot guarantee arrival times in the event of postal service delays. We are not responsible for damaged and/or lost items once tracking information has been provided. All packages are insured through United States Postal Service. In the event of a lost package, please contact the United States Postal Service to file your claim. You will be reimbursed through the carrier service. NO REFUNDS FOR LOST AND/OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS WILL BE ISSUED DIRECTLY FROM TELLY’S CRYSTAL CORNER
